2026 MWFPA Convention & Expo

Please review the following pricing and instructions for the
2026 MWFPA Convention & Expo:

Booth Option 1-Standard (8x10) - $1050

Booth Option 2-Premium (8x10) - $1,150

Booth Option 3-End Cap (10x16) - $1,750

*Additional Booth - $600 *Note- one additional booth is allowed per full priced booth purchase. Additional booths do not include booth staff.

Each booth purchase includes 2 booth staff passes. Passes are not transferable. Additional registrations are $130 per individual employed by an exhibiting member company.

In 2026 booth staff registration will be connected to your booth registration through your exhibitor portal. Additional instructions and an invitation will be sent via email to your primary booth contact.

General (Non-Vendor Staff) Registration

All attendee registrations (including booth staff) will be purchased through our vendor American Tradeshow Services, as noted above.

Non member/non exhibitor general registration will be available starting August 1st. Additional information available at www.mwfpa.org/convention.
